Founded in May 2009 by two friends with a passion for pets, Budget Pet Products was established with a dual purpose: to make pet care simple and more accessible. Starting out in a small garage, where the founders personally packed and distributed products, Budget Pet Products has grown into a trusted name in the pet care industry with over 140 Employees and three distribution centers with over of 20,000m2 of warehouse space. Committed to helping owners give their pets the best possible care, the company remains family-owned under the continued leadership of its original founders.

Shipping
Free Postage:
Free shipping is provided through our regular parcel post service, which does not include tracking or insurance. Purchases made without Registered Mail or Insurance are entirely at the purchaser's own risk.
Registered Postage:
We recommend Registered Post as our preferred shipping method, which includes a tracking number and insurance cover up to $100. Orders eligible for free shipping in an envelope totaling over $100 will automatically be upgraded to Free Registered Postage.
Express Postage:
Your order will be delivered the Next Business Day if you reside within the Express Post Network.
Delivery Address:
Orders will be shipped to your REGISTERED EBAY ADDRESS unless otherwise specified.
Handling Time:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 BUSINESS DAY of receiving cleared payment.

Packaging:
Larger packets may be compressed to reduce size, ensuring product protection during regular mail delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Return and Exchange Policy
Claims for return or refund must be made within twenty-one (21) days of receipt of the Goods and a copy of the invoice from which the Goods were supplied must be presented. Goods must be unopened, unused with tags attached to be eligible for a refund (less shipping cost).
If Customer fails to notify Budget Pet Products within said period, such claims are deemed to be waived.
Budget Pet Products must be contacted before a return takes place, to determine if your order is eligible for a refund.
Goods that have passed their expiry date will not be accepted for return or refund.
All Goods that carry a warranty or guarantee of the manufacturer shall be returned, exchanged or refunded only when so agreed by the manufacturer.
If a Product Claim is made for a Customer error or change of mind and Budget Pet Products accepts that Product Claim, Budget Pet Products may charge the Customer an AUD $5.00 Restocking Fee, also the purchaser is required to pay all costs incurred with regard to shipping the product back to Budget Pet Products Pty Ltd. Except in cases where the product was shipped in our error or was considered to be faulty on arrival.
Procedure for Returns and Exchanges

Please note: You will be required to provide images within 24 hours of delivery, when making a claim for the below.

Upon receiving a return or exchange reference number, please label and post back the items to the supplied address.
Once we receive your item/s, we will send you an acknowledgment. Providing the items arrive in its unused, original condition, including intact packaging as received from us. Refund or exchange will be processed.
Items that are being returned (new/undamaged) are required to be returned in a padded parcel to protect the contents and be trackable.
Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. Credit Card refunds will be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase). PayPal refunds will be refunded back to the original PayPal account. Bank deposit payments will be paid back to bank account as soon as BSB and Account details are supplied to us.
